Todd: So you went to Thailand, .......................?
Phil: Yep, I spent ......................in Thailand. Unfortunately I didn't see very much of it. I saw Bangkok and Ko Samet.
Todd: Oh, OK. Those are, Ko Samet is a ........................
Phil: Ko Samet is really nice. Good ..........................
Todd: Did you go to any countries .................. Thailand?
Phil: Yeah, we spent 2 weeks in Lao and I really, really enjoyed Lao. Lao is a very poor country. There's not....................... industry, a lot of it's still mining, .............................., on the Mekong you still see women panning for gold, but my ......................... place in Lao is a place called Luang Prabang, and it's, we really didn't do very much. There's lots of things ................... You can go to caves. You can take inner tubes and go down the................., basically we just ............... The food is really good, a lot of French cuisine, the Lao cuisine is good as well, but we just hung around, ............. books, and enjoyed our days ..................... it was really, really hot, and really, really dry. This was in ..............................
Todd: Actually, I've been to Luang Prabang and I ............................ joggin along the river and, just right ........................ the city and we would jog for miles and miles, on this ................. trail. It was just beautiful.
Phil: Yeah. Yeah, it's nice. I really ................. Luang Prabang. We went to Vietienne as well. It's not so much, it's not as cultural as say Luang Prabang is, but a lot of ........................ like to go there to relax, hang out. That's where a lot of people take the tubes and go down the river so, but once again it was so.................. we didn't really............... any of that either.

He applied to International Banking Division of the First Eastern Bank to open L/C. The duty of the First Eastern Bank contracts the First Charter Bank in New Zealand to open L/C for Trade Circuit. Mr. William ,the manager of Trade Circuit sends the export documents in the following : signed commercial invoice, full set of straight ocean steamer Bill of Lading showing consignment to the First Eastern Bank marked “Freight Prepaid” and Negotiation insurance policy and /or Underwriter’s Certificate, endorsed in blank, covering, covering marine and war risk. The machine is delivered by ship . It is permitted for transshipment and not permitted for partial shipment. The delivery time is May12,2008. In addition, the First Eastern Bank give a credit by negotiation against presentation of the documents detailed . the condition of payment is sight.
